We use Turton, the latest CEPCI is 2016. Just inflate the CEPCI by 3% a year or whatever you prefer. Turton also has equipment pricing that accounts for Pressure, material, and size. Ch 7 of the latest edition covers all the equipment pricing. It's very easy to set up a model in excel to price any equipment.
