Using top rake can cause the acrylic to chip out. Run the speeds you would for brass using HSS and take moderate depth of cut and feed; as in .05 DOC and 0.005" or less feed. A bit of soapy water acts as a good coolant/lubricant; be careful with using coolant because some can cause crazing on the machined surface. Good luck.
